Job Summary
Human Resources Expert at Target with hourly starting rate of $17.50. Role focuses on supporting store leaders with talent strategies, recruiting, scheduling/pay practices, training, compliance, and providing an ethical, safe, and engaging guest and team member experience. Responsibilities include understanding federal, state and local employment laws; using scheduling software and Microsoft Office; leading focused recruiting efforts; supporting training; ensuring compliance; and delivering HR processes to maximize engagement while minimizing disruption. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays is expected; ability to work with guests and team members to resolve questions quickly and maintain an inspiring experience; strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced retail environment are key. Based in Minneapolis, MN with Target benefits and ADA accommodations available.
Required Qualifications
