Job Summary
Establish the strategy for Enterprise and line of business specific Human Resources priorities across talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and compensation. Partner with senior business leaders as a trusted advisor to ensure programs align with Enterprise culture, while overseeing critical workforce activities including headcount reporting, financials, promotions, and opportunity and inclusion initiatives. Leverage HR systems like Workday and Tableau to inform strategic decision-making, manage risk, and build an inclusive environment that drives organizational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of HR Generalist/Talent or equivalent experience
