Job Summary
End-to-end recruitment (job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection) with administrative support for interview processes, onboarding and offboarding; maintain employee records in Infotech HRMS and personnel files; manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations; handle CPF, IR8A, and IR21 submissions; coordinate payroll processing for Singapore and overseas employees; organize employee engagement events; use MOM regulations and Employment Act knowledge; requires a Diploma in HR/Business Admin and 2 years of experience; bilingual English-Chinese preferred; immediate availability preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of relevant working experience preferred
- Good knowledge of MOM regulations and Employment Act
- Meticulous and good team player
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese preferred but not necessary
- Proficient in Infotech HRMS advantageous
- Immediate availability or short notice preferred
