Job Summary
Human Resources Director to provide HR leadership for a group of skilled nursing facilities. Leads and manages the HR department, develops and updates HR policies and programs, ensures compliance with ADA, EEO, FMLA, and Federal Discrimination laws, oversees recruitment/retention, payroll, benefits, Workers’ Compensation/OSHA, leaves, and required reporting. Partners with senior management to establish short and long-term organizational goals, performs HR-related training, classifies job descriptions, and maintains wage/salary programs. Travel is primarily local; position requires supervising HR staff across facilities and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
