Job Summary
Develop and implement HR strategies supporting organizational goals and business objectives. Partner with senior leadership to identify workforce needs, drive succession planning, and lead organizational change initiatives. Oversee recruitment and hiring processes using platforms like Apploi, manage onboarding programs, and administer performance management systems. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while monitoring HR metrics for data-driven recommendations. Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture and serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters. This role requires a senior-level leader with experience in Viventium and Smartlinx systems, reporting to the leadership team at Sierra Lakes Rehab and Nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior-level Human Resources leadership role
- Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and best practices
- Experience with recruiting and HR systems, including Viventium, Smartlinx, E-verify
- Demonstrated success managing performance management programs and employee engagement initiatives
- Experience with workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development
- Strong analytical skills with experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data and metrics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with leaders and employees at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to lead change and drive strategic HR initiatives
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Florida AHCA Level 2 Background Screening in accordance with state regulations
