Job Summary
Director of Human Resources leading HR operations, strategy, compensation/benefits, payroll, and performance management while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Partners with senior leadership to drive HR strategy, enhance employee engagement, support a high-performing culture, oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning, manage employee relations and HR systems, and maintain accurate HR records in a hybrid in-office role based in Indianapolis, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certifications required
- 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience supporting senior leadership and managing teams
- Strong background in compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance
- Payroll experience required
