Job Summary
Strategic HR leadership to scale and manage US and global HR operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. Drive benefits design and vendor management, multi-state compliance, payroll oversight (Paycom), recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, and organizational development. Lead policy creation, training calendars, disciplinary actions with legal compliance, and culture/engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance, inclusive workplace. Also responsible for workforce planning, change management, and ensuring alignment of HR programs with business goals across locations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Strong background in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments
- Deep knowledge of multi-state employment laws (CA, FL, HI)
