Job Summary
Lead a team of HR Managers and Generalists while serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development strategies. Drive enterprise-wide HR initiatives, including M&A integration efforts for newly acquired companies, and oversee the development of policies that align with legal requirements and company values. Mentor and coach HR professionals to build capabilities aligned with strategic goals, champion change initiatives for organizational agility, and lead engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and retention. Resolve complex employee relations issues with consistency and fairness. Report to the Vice President of Human Resources based in Burnsville, MN or Houston, MN, with up to 25% travel to support geographically distributed operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in employee engagement
- Proven experience in organizational development
- Proven experience in M&A integration
- Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing HR talent
- Prior HR experience in the manufacturing industry
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices
- Strong knowledge of change management principles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Exceptional coaching skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Prior HR experience supporting multiple sites or locations across the U.S. and Canada
