Job Summary
HR Director role leading all HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, compensation, benefits, and organizational development across multi-site operations. Partners with executive leadership to align HR strategy with business goals; drives culture initiatives; advises on workforce planning and organizational structure; develops scalable HR policies and practices; oversees leadership coaching and employee development; manages complex employee relations matters with discretion; ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; analyzes HR metrics to support data-driven decisions; travel may be involved and onsite at Lakewood, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years Human Resources leadership experience in a Director-level or similar role
- Proven ability to lead with confidence, diplomacy, and exec-level communication skills
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Experience influencing senior leadership and driving organizational change
- Deep understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
