Job Summary

Conduct overall human resources, people development, and pay and benefits operations as a member of the Senior Management Team. Set strategic direction for the combined HR function while driving culture, values, and the employee brand across the business. Provide counsel to senior leadership on HR implications, lead HR and learning teams, and ensure compliance standards are upheld. Predict future skill needs, design learning programs, and align HR strategy with the company business plan to deliver commercial results. Build relationships with trade unions, manage shared services with clear KPIs, and drive change and transformation at pace.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of HR experience
  • 5+ years of on-site experience as Head of HR/HR Director/HR Manager
  • Experience as a member of a local management team
  • Responsible for the entire HR function (HRBP, Employee Relations, L&D, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits)
  • Educated to degree level
  • CIPD qualified
  • An experienced leader of people
  • demonstrable experience of managing and growing HR teams
  • Able to manage multiple demands
