Job Summary
Develop and execute CASI's people strategy, workforce planning, and talent initiatives to support long-term business objectives and corporate priorities. Partner with senior leadership and Corporate HR to drive succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement while managing the HR budget, cost control, and financial analysis. Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including compliance programs, risk mitigation, and business continuity planning, ensuring alignment with Carnival's Vision Statement and Culture Essentials. Lead a team of HR professionals through coaching, mentoring, and regular performance reviews to foster professional growth and organizational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience
- 3 to 5 years in a leadership role
- Understanding of workplace policies and procedures
- Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)ie HCM
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Understanding of payroll systems (Dayforce)
- Familiarity with compliance software
- Knowledge of Oracle ORC
- Experience with performance management systems
- Strong presentation skills using software like PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain reliable and consistent attendance
- Capacity to be punctual and meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and work as part of a team
- Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions and tasks
- Experience with project management software like Asana or Trello
- Experience with Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Excel to interpret HR metrics

- Master's Degree a plus
- J.D. Degree
- An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree
- Leadership and Management certifications
- Experience with Oracle ORC that is important for streamlining recruitment
- Experience with performance management systems aids in evaluations and feedback
