Job Summary
Director of Human Resources leads the firm’s HR strategy and operations for attorneys and business professionals across five Meyers Nave offices. Oversees talent management, employee relations, performance management, non-attorney recruiting, compensation and benefits administration, and non-attorney professional development initiatives. Partners with firm leadership to ensure practical, compliant HR practices and serves as a strategic advisor to leadership while maintaining a high-performing, inclusive workplace. Responsible for budgeting, staffing strategy, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, salary and bonus reviews, and employee development; travel to all offices as needed; and maintain professional relationships and industry awareness. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) and 8–10 years of HR leadership experience; professional certifications (SHRM, HRCI, CLM, CEBS) preferred.

- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive human resources leadership or employment law experience
