Job Summary
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals while advising senior management on organizational development and workforce planning. Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding, and manage relationships with agencies to attract top talent. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disputes, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with labor laws. Lead performance management processes, conduct regular satisfaction surveys, and develop training programs to support employee growth and retention. Monitor HR metrics such as turnover and engagement to inform decisions, prepare reports for leadership, and ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 years of HR experience

- Master's degree in HR or related field
- Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or a similar industry
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
