Job Summary
HR Director responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with company goals and long‐term objectives. Oversees talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, training, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance, and workplace culture. Serves as a trusted advisor to executives, leads workforce planning, talent management, and succession initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline, and guides recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies. Builds engagement and inclusion, ensures labor-law compliance, supervises HR team, optimizes compensation and rewards, and leverages HR analytics to drive data-based decision making across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or related field; Master’s Degree or MBA preferred
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or strategic role
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, Human Resources best practices, and organizational development
- Leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience in managing Human Resources functions across multiple locations or business units preferred
- Strategic thinkers with strong business acumen preferred
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Proactive, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset preferred
- High emotional intelligence and discretion with confidential information
- Positive and respectful demeanor
