Job Summary
Oversee HR strategy and leadership; manage recruitment and staffing, employee relations, policy development and compliance, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR metrics. Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development programs; collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and ensure effective onboarding. Drive employee engagement, culture, and compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years of HR experience; professional certifications (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP) preferred. Location in Akron, OH with full-time, first-shift, on-site work.
