Job Summary
Strategic HR leader to partner with Executive Directors and community leadership teams across LifeSpire communities. Drives HR best practices, employee engagement, and compliant operations; leads HR teams, oversees investigations and employee relations, supports performance management and development, and champions a positive workplace culture aligned with LifeSpire’s mission. Responsibilities include coaching HR professionals, onboarding and staffing support, policy interpretation, change management, reporting/analytics, and collaboration with senior leadership to advance organizational initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, employment law, and HR best practices.
- Experience coaching leaders and supporting organizational change.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office applications, and workforce management tools.
