Job Summary
Spearhead recruitment efforts to find and hire the best candidates for each role. Manage employee onboarding, payroll processing, and electronic scheduling systems to ensure adequate staffing ratios and accurate timecard submissions. Serve as an employee resource to answer questions regarding benefits, policies, and procedures while coordinating time-off requests for nursing unit coverage. Maintain compliance with all employment records and labor laws. Bachelor's degree preferred with experience in Human Resources or related field. Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $62,000 per year commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field
- Experience in Human Resources or related field
- Understanding of labor laws and best practices
- Ability to effectively coordinate people and resources
- Proficient with computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
