Job Summary
As HR Director for a Concord Hospitality Curio Collection hotel, you will partner with the General Manager on the hotel management executive committee. You will develop and execute annual HR objectives, contribute to budget planning for staffing, productivity, benefits, and labor costs, and oversee recruitment, training and development, performance management, and compliance. You will lead associate relations, drive engagement and retention, maintain HR records and systems in compliance with regulations, and guide safety initiatives and continuous improvement in HR operations. The role emphasizes leadership, integrity, transparency, respect, and a people-first culture to create a Great Place to Work for all.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ year progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits and employment law
- Experience leading associate engagement, recognition, culture and training programs
