Human Resources Director

Direct and instruct management staff on recruiting and interviewing techniques to ensure hiring and retention of qualified employees. Develop, implement, and administer policies for all hotel personnel while ensuring compliance with State and Federal laws. Control wage and benefit administration, review personnel changes, and approve HR forms. Maintain open communication channels across all levels, manage employee relations, and plan events such as monthly rallies and annual awards. Hire for talent and diversity, develop training certification programs, and manage progressive discipline procedures. Monitor performance appraisal programs, solicit feedback, and address employee concerns to improve retention. Supervise department staff, coordinate safety programs, maintain personnel records, and submit required reports. Answer telephone inquiries and distribute HR correspondence.
