Partners with firm leadership to align HR with strategic goals, lead onboarding, talent development, and HR operations, and drive engagement across multiple offices with hybrid work arrangements. Demonstrates strategic and hands-on execution, leveraging AI-enabled solutions, HR metrics, and rigorous compliance to support growth and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8–15+ years of progressive HR experience including leadership roles
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
