Job Summary

HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR role responsible for leading MRH HR department operations, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, policy development, compliance with employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, OSHA), HRIS management, data analytics, talent management, and organizational development. The position collaborates with the COO and leadership team to plan and execute strategic HR initiatives, manages budgeting and contracts, coordinates external partners, and promotes a high-performance culture. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Organizational Development, PHR or SHRM-CP, ICS 100 training, and 4–7 years of progressive HR leadership experience. Salary range: $100,110.40 to $150,155.20 yearly; exempt classification; fully compensated with benefits package; eligible to work in the United States.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
  • ICS 100 Training (or be obtained within ninety (90) days of hire)
  • Four (4) to seven (7) years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources (HR)
