Human Resources Director

Job Summary
Lead U.S. HR operations, including payroll, compliance, employee relations, and execution of HR programs for site-based and remote employees. Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent risks, and change management. Coordinate global talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives in partnership with the CHRO and regional HR leaders. Manage and develop one direct report to ensure effective HR service delivery and team capability. Provide practical HR guidance to senior leaders to improve decision-making and organizational execution while maintaining compliance and trust. Travel internationally for global initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience
- senior HR business partner leadership
- experience advising executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to operate in a global environment (i.e. flexibility with time zone)
- Willingness to travel to other international to other sites for global initiatives
- Demonstrated strength in workforce planning
