Human Resources Development Program Analyst/Associate

Job Summary
Rotate through key HR functional areas including Learning & Talent Development, Workforce Strategies, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Metrics & Analytics. Participate in rotational assignments, shadow exposures, and blended learning opportunities to develop skills in support of PNC's One HR Model. Collaborate with senior and executive leaders on critical HR activities while completing classroom and virtual learning projects. Engage in social learning by networking with business representatives and peers, and contribute to internal and external customer experiences through excellent service and problem resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum GPA 3.0
- Demonstrated interest in human resources through previous internships or work experience, coursework, project work or related certifications
