Human Resources Department - Quality Control Unit Associate

Monitor and assess all teams' operations to ensure HR operational effectiveness, delivering training and coaching as needed. Establish and execute quality assurance programs for higher risk processes while providing guidance on risk assessment and control testing activities. Review regulatory requirements and labor laws to identify operational issues, coordinate ABAC controls, and analyze department-owned KRIs. Liaise with the Chief Data Office for record retention tasks, update policies, and oversee vendor compliance. Facilitate audits, prepare deliverables, and ensure sound submissions to regulators and auditors. Assist with recruitment, employee relations, and training functions as required.
