Job Summary

Lead full recruitment lifecycle for assigned locations, partnering with managers to understand workforce needs. Build diverse candidate pipelines, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and manage ATS/HRIS workflows. Own onboarding processes (I-9 verification, benefits enrollment, orientation), maintain employee records, and support compliance (EEO, I-9 audits, employment law). Drive employer branding through campus visits and community partnerships. Requires 3–5 years of progressive recruiting experience (including full-cycle), ATS/HRIS proficiency, travel up to 25%, and the ability to manage multiple HR duties in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive recruiting experience, including at least 2 years managing full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms required
  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record required
  • Must successfully complete a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight stays
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work; must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally

Desired Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of progressive recruiting experience, including at least 2 years managing full-cycle recruitment

  • HR generalist background is a significant plus
