Job Summary
HR Coordinator supports onboarding, employee administration, compliance, and HR operations; coordinates onboarding from offer acceptance through first day of employment; processes background checks, employment verifications, and credential tracking; maintains employee records and HR documentation in company systems; assists with Paylocity onboarding, payroll administration, and employee account setup; coordinates creation of employee accounts including CentralReach, Telebroad, Microsoft systems, and other required platforms; monitors required trainings, certifications, and compliance deadlines; assists with employee benefits administration and eligibility tracking; responds to employee HR inquiries and directs concerns to appropriate leadership; supports recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and onboarding logistics; maintains confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information; assists with HR reporting, audits, policy updates, and special projects; supports employee engagement initiatives and staff recognition programs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR, recruiting, onboarding, or administrative experience.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and employment documentation preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience with Paylocity, CentralReach, or healthcare environments preferred.
