Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for processing HR documents including new-hire and termination paperwork, maintaining onboarding requirements, conducting orientation, supporting training initiatives, and assisting with recruiting by sourcing and scheduling interviews. The role includes ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, generating HR reports, and promoting employee engagement. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, 3-5 years of HR experience, knowledge of employment laws, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience in manufacturing and with Oracle systems is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline (HR Preferred)
- Three to Five years’ HR experience
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to understand business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective.
- Experience in a Manufacturing plant or Distribution Center
- Experience with Oracle systems (e.g., Oracle HRMS, Oracle Cloud, or Oracle Database)
