Job Summary

Greet employees, guests, and members at the front desk while monitoring employee overdrafts and taking appropriate follow-through actions. Coordinate off-boarding processes, Workers Compensation programs, and companywide compliance of Labor Law posters. Assist with employee account status changes, maintain HR pages on the Intranet, and provide administrative support to HR Advisory. Manage break and lunch coverage, order supplies, sort mail, and distribute items to team members. Participate in various Human Resources projects and ensure adherence to operational controls, policies, and bank regulations. Requires in-office work, two years of financial institution experience, and a Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent.

  • Experience ensuring consistent and compliant practices
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, or transport items weighing up to 10 pounds
