Job Summary
Coordinate recruiting efforts by posting openings, screening candidates, and managing the full hiring process from application to offer. Manage onboarding by preparing paperwork, processing I-9s, and ensuring new hires complete orientation and benefits enrollment. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in employee records, including personnel files, compliance documentation, and payroll-related updates. Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures while routing complex concerns to leadership. Support HR projects, including audits, reporting, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws. Assist with performance review administration and policy updates to streamline departmental operations.

- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), preferably ADP Workforce Now
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits, or employee records
- Ability to occasionally lift and move files or office materials up to 15 pounds
- Ability to move throughout office and restaurant locations as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Bachelor's degree a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience preferred
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits, or employee records preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms preferred
- Ability to quickly learn new software applications and HR technology
