Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator will support the delivery of HR services, policies, and programs at the Brantford manufacturing facility, handling recruitment, onboarding, compensation/benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, HR data and reporting, compliance with provincial legislation, training coordination, payroll audits, and coordination of safety/engagement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- HR experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment is a must
- Experience implementing HR programs and initiatives in a plant setting is preferred
- Exposure to change management in a manufacturing or operational environment is preferred
- Familiarity with Visio is preferred
- Experience working with ADP and time and attendance systems is preferred
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
