Job Summary
Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding while preparing and maintaining accurate, compliant employee documentation. Coordinate HR administration across people processes, assist with reporting and systems administration, and respond to general HR enquiries. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and operational stakeholders to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information and contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives. This full-time permanent role offers exposure to a broad range of Human Resources activities within a non-profit home care provider accredited to hospital standards.
Required Qualifications
- Currently studying, or recently completed, a Certificate IV, Diploma or tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
- National Police Check
- Work Rights Check
- COVID-19 vaccination status
Desired Qualifications
- Previous administration experience in Human Resources, recruitment or a similar environment
- Genuine interest in developing a career in Human Resources
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with systems, data and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, reliable and willing to take ownership of tasks through to completion
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
