Job Summary
HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations across recruiting, onboarding, employee experience, compliance, and people analytics. Responsibilities include onboarding coordination, offer administration, new hire setup, maintaining HRIS data (Paylocity) for compliant reporting, responding to employment verifications and unemployment claims, monitoring HR inbox, pulling and identifying basic trends, and partnering with Learning & Development, Marketing, and IT. Special projects in benefits, hiring, training, and compliance, plus activities to promote culture and morale. This role offers growth into broader HR responsibilities and exposure to recruiting, analytics, and policy administration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field OR equivalent experience
- 0–2 years of HR, operations, or fast-paced administrative experience
- High school diploma with 2+ years of relevant HR experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple priorities
- Discretion when handling sensitive information
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly
