Job Summary
Coordinate onboarding, offer administration, and new hire setup; support day-to-day HR operations across recruiting, onboarding, employee experience, compliance, and people analytics. Maintain data integrity of the HRIS (Paylocity) and electronic files for clean reporting; respond to verification of employment requests and unemployment claims; partner with Learning & Development, Marketing, and IT; participate in special projects in benefits, hiring, training, and compliance; promote strong company culture and morale; Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years HR experience (or 2+ years HR experience with high school diploma) required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years HR experience (as alternative to degree)
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, operations, or fast-paced administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Discretion when handling sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication
