Job Summary
HR Coordinator needed to support onboarding, orientation, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding activities, new hire paperwork, interview scheduling, maintaining HR records and compliance documentation, supporting payroll-related administration, assisting with HR reporting/audits, coordinating employee recognition programs, and helping maintain HR policies and best practices. Ideal candidate has 2+ years of HR/recruiting/administrative experience, strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; HRIS/payroll systems experience is a plus. Must be willing to pass initial and periodic drug screens and a background check. This is a full-time, on-site role with compensation in the $50k–$60k DOE range and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative, or related experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll systems (preferred)
- Intensive onboarding and orientation experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices (preferred)
- Ability to pass initial and periodic drug screens and a background check upon hire
