Job Summary

The HR Coordinator at Redi Services, LLC will support the HR department with onboarding coordination, orientation, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding activities and new hire paperwork, assisting with recruiting activities and interview scheduling, handling employee questions and escalations, maintaining HR records and compliance documentation, supporting payroll-related functions, assisting with HR reporting and audits, coordinating employee recognition programs, and helping maintain HR policies and best practices. The role emphasizes driving an organized, compliant, and positive workplace culture in a full-time, on-site capacity at the Rock Springs, WY location. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of HR-related experience, strong communication, confidentiality, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; preferred experience with HRIS and payroll systems and onboarding. Must be able to pass initial and periodic drug screens and a background check.
