Job Summary

The HR Coordinator will support onboarding coordination, orientation, employee relations support, HR administration, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for employees and leadership while helping ensure HR processes are organized, compliant, and aligned with Redi Services' mission and values. Essential duties include coordinating onboarding activities, handling new hire paperwork, coordinating interviews and candidate communication, supporting payroll-related administrative tasks, maintaining HR records, assisting with HR reporting and audits, coordinating employee recognition, and maintaining HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of HR/Recruiting/administrative experience, strong communication and confidentiality, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of HRIS/payroll systems preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative, or related experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
