Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary
On-site Human Resources Coordinator role supporting operations in Medellín and Candelaria. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll inputs, attendance and leave management, benefits administration, employee relations, training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with Colombian labor laws and internal policies. Serves as the on-site HR representative, delivers HR reports to Property General Managers and the Chief People Officer, and collaborates with stakeholders to foster a positive workplace culture and employee development. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2–4 years HR experience (hospitality experience preferred), HRIS/payroll familiarity, and fluency in Spanish (English advantageous). Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a closely related field
- 2–4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources roles
- Experience within hospitality or service industry is highly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and employment practices
- Exceptional administrative, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a significant advantage
- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in English
