Job Summary
Human Resources Coordinator (plant) provides support to the Leadership and HR teams to execute the organization’s HR and talent strategy. Responsibilities include assisting operations/distribution teams with staff inquiries, navigating talent acquisition activities (recruitment, interviewing, hiring), supporting onboarding/orientation, aiding learning and development programs, assisting with employee corrective action meetings and investigations, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. The role requires strong communication, integrity, confidentiality, MS Office proficiency, ability to learn systems (e.g., ADP/ATS), and willingness to travel occasionally. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm. Location: Dallas, TX (US).
