Job Summary
HR Coordinator responsible for HRIS data integrity, new hire orientation coordination, maintaining employee files, supporting HR communications and programs/events, and assisting with compliance and reporting. The role entails coordinating pre-employment checks (I-9), maintaining personnel records, preparing internal communications (intranet/bulletins/newsletters), and supporting various HR projects in an onsite, Monday–Friday schedule in Kent, WA. Qualifications include an associates/bachelor’s degree in business or HR or related field (preferred), HR certifications (preferred), and 1–2 years of administrative HR experience (preferred); experience with ADP and HRIS systems and MS Office is required. The role emphasizes attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, customer-service orientation, and the ability to multi-task in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associates/bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related field preferred
- aPHR, PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- 1 - 2 years of administrative experience with administrative Human Resources duties preferred
- Experience supporting a manufacturing environment preferred
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems
- Microsoft Office computer software applications at a medium to expert user level
