Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate human resources functions from applicant tracking through employee termination, maintain accurate employee files, handle benefits administration, process payroll, work with safety director on workers’ compensation and safety records, and provide administrative support to the HR Manager. Additional duties include managing the vehicle gas card system and related tasks while ensuring compliance and supporting operations on the production floor.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in human resources including benefits administration, payroll, recruiting, and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred)
- Human Resources certifications (PHR or SPHR) (preferred)
- High school degree/ GED (education requirement)
