Job Summary

Conduct general HR administrative tasks, including filing new hire folders, maintaining personnel records, and processing employee terminations. Provide prompt responses to employee inquiries regarding benefits enrollments, changes, and updates. Support recruitment activities by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating career fairs and outreach events. Coordinate administration of leave of absence and ADA accommodations while ensuring policy adherence. Reconcile service invoices for HR Manager review and submit them to Accounts Payable. Review employee files for accuracy during onboarding to ensure complete online and physical records. Maintain confidentiality and track employee information and certifications to support operational compliance needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Public Administration, or related field (HR)
  • Business Administration
  • 1 to 3 years' experience in human resources administration
