Job Summary
Human Resources Coordinator responsible for creating and maintaining filing systems, typing office correspondence, handling mail, ordering and tracking HR supplies, answering phones, creating new employee personnel files, assisting walk-in candidates with applications, maintaining accessible application spaces, and responding to employee and management inquiries regarding HR programs and guidelines. Maintain confidentiality and security of records, ensure accurate maintenance of all employee files (e.g., interview documents, I-9s), follow company policies, present a professional appearance, protect assets, report safety issues, greet guests, and support team goals. Move small objects as needed, and perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma/GED and at least 1 year of related experience. Located at Marriott International in Cairo, Egypt.
