Job Summary
Join LKQ Keystone Automotive Operations as an HR Coordinator at the Exeter, PA location. The role delivers daily HR support to employees and managers, administers I-9 and E-Verify for new hires, handles benefits and payroll inquiries, supports time and attendance, coordinates employee engagement initiatives and events, and assists the HR Manager with special projects. The position requires 1+ years of HR experience, strong communication and organizational skills, familiarity with HR policies and employment laws, and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Workday, UKG, or ADP is a plus; travel may be required periodically.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of HR experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, or similar background
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Prior experience with Workday, UKG, or ADP is a plus
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs
- Ability to create, maintain, and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives
- Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive, and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures
- Decisions impact the management and operations within a department or business unit
- May contribute to business and operational decisions that affect the department
- Results are defined; sets personal goals and determines how to achieve results with few or no guidelines to follow; supervisor/manager provides broad guidance and overall direction
- Handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity
