Job Summary
HR Coordinator at Kindeva, on-site at a 400+ employee, non-union manufacturing site in Northridge, CA. Supports day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, data integrity in HRIS (Dayforce), compliance with California employment laws, and serving as a primary contact for employees and managers. Responsibilities span HR operations, employee support and communication, recruitment and onboarding, compliance and recordkeeping, compensation/benefits/timekeeping support, and employee relations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred) and 2+ years of HR administrative/coordinator experience, with strong knowledge of California employment laws, proficiency in HRIS, and excellent organizational and communication skills. On-site role with responsibilities across onboarding, policy guidance, benefits inquiries, employee communications, and coordination with Talent Acquisition for interviews and onboarding logistics. Pay range is hourly $30-$35, with California-based compensation considerations noted. Equal opportunity employer. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of HR administrative or coordinator experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment
- Experience supporting mid-to-large employee populations (200+ preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of California employment laws and HR practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, ADP) and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
