Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and applicant communication to support workforce needs. Support new-hire onboarding, including paperwork, background checks, orientation, and HRIS entry. Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files, recruiting records, and employee information. Assist with employee questions, benefits administration, compliance activities, and other HR functions as needed. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Director and help ensure a positive candidate and employee experience. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous administrative, customer service, recruiting, or Human Resources experience
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and time-management skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn HRIS and applicant-tracking systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstration of professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and in person
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
