Job Summary
HR Coordinator role supporting daily HR operations, communications, and reports. Responsibilities include administrative support to HR leadership, maintaining the department calendar, onboarding and new hire orientation assistance, HRIS data integrity, producing internal/external reports, assisting with HR process improvements, maintaining HR content on the intranet, budgeting and procurement support, and developing presentations. Requires 1-2 years administrative experience (HR experience preferred) and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred
- Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand the business environment, strategy and people initiatives
