Job Summary
Coordinate HR records and benefits administration, onboarding, ESOP and 401K administration, payroll integration, employee events, and communications with Store Directors; manage benefits, enrollment, and inquiries; support HR team with documentation and reporting; foster employee engagement and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR or related administrative roles is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and quickly changing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
