Job Summary
Coordinate recruiting activities for field and office positions, manage onboarding and employment paperwork, maintain HR records and HRIS/ATS data, support policy compliance and employee communications, and lead the High School Internship Program in a construction environment. Build relationships with employees, candidates, labor union representatives, educators, and company leaders; assist with unemployment claims and employment verifications; coordinate training and onboarding activities; and support workforce development initiatives and wellness programs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional administrative, recruiting, human resources, or related experience.
- Experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience coordinating recruiting events, job fairs, and workforce development initiatives.
