Job Summary
Guide new and returning team members through hiring and onboarding, including I-9 tracking, while keeping the HRIS accurate and up to date. Support workers' comp tracking and case management, help draft internal policy updates, and maintain compliant HR materials. Bring energy to team member events and lend a hand during busy resort periods. This benefit-eligible FLEX position works 9–11 months annually, averaging over 30 hours per week. You will report to the VP of Human Resources and collaborate with managers across the mountain.
