Job Summary
Coordinate employee benefits programs and administer essential benefits processes for Comprehensive Management, Inc. in Chicago. Responsibilities include administering group health, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, life insurance, and wellness benefits; conducting benefits orientations and guiding self-enrollment; maintaining enrollment and payroll-deducted deductions; assisting employees with health, dental, life, and related benefit claims; verifying monthly premium statements, reconciling benefits costs, and resolving carrier issues; administering FMLA and COBRA processes, including documentation and tracking. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of benefits administration is preferred; Paylocity experience is a plus. Start ASAP; schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm in-office at 310 W. Chicago Ave., Chicago, IL; pay range $18.00-$25.00 per hour.
